Not to be too much of a jerk, but aren't teams supposed to have until the start of Round 1?  I can't find any evidence that Round 1 has started, and I'm still working on a couple of banners (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,22503.msg321264#msg321264) for team Water.  Can we delay this for a few hours so that we can finish our banners? 

If I'm wrong and either 1) Round 1 has started or 2) the rules about how long we have to do Propaganda have changed, please let me know.

I also thought the propaganda contest was to be voted on based on the whole post (ie banner, song, speech) and viewed as a whole, not in separate pieces.

Explain what the current theory is please. Thank you.

notice anything about pictures uploaded at imageshack?
i'm seeing the same problem with profile avatar hosted at imageshack
tried with several browsers (I.E., Maxthon, FF3.x & FF4) and the one browser that didnt have this problem is chrome
and from what i've heard you should stay away from chrome if you intend to play EtG
so...whats the actual problem here guys?
and secondly, why people still use imageshack? that site used to be the premier image hosting but come on now

Propaganda is to have resolved before vault building.

Propaganda is based on the whole post. Thats why each image has a link to its section.
The Banner is the frontway. The title says "Propaganda Support Poll" the poll asks "Which Propaganda is the Most Awesome?" there is a link built into each Banner and a note saying "You can click on the link in each entry to view the full propaganda"

Some people can can see it others can't. The failure is often your ISP not allowing the connection to a remote host in a different domain. My guess is you can't see it here or in the propaganda topic either?

2. #10's artwork truly looks amazing from an artwork point of view so i voted for it...

If I were given 2 more votes I would have gone for

3. Air (#2) for the powerful feeling their banner has chopping and churning up stuff in that vortex.
4. Earth (#7) for (despite very pixilated graphics) their banner in conjuncture with their Master's signature somehow reminded me of the rabbit balancing pancake on head internet meme, not sure if that was original intent... but yeah... cute ^^.
