How to make a donation to Elements.

I have an issue where I did not get a code or am too stupid to find it. I was playing and I noticed that the arena was not loading, saying that there was something wrong with the servers at the time. It dawned on me, that this game deserves my money and it would be a shame if Zanz one day decided to shut the servers down. So I went to the donate page and donated exactly 5$ like this tutorial depicts. I have donated before and have the Chimera alternate art card, but this time I never got a code. Immediately after clicking the orange button that says "Donate $5.00 USD Now", it brought me to this page.

I tried using the confirmation number as my code, but that didn't work. Maybe I am doing something silly or I'm just blind, but I can't find the page to get the redemption code. I've done it before, so it can't be that hard. Can anyone help me?

I can confirm that the same happened to me just now. Donated 10 bucks, no code. I don't know if the process has become broken, or if it's because I didn't log in to paypal first (I was too lazy to remember my paypal login info, so I just filled out a form with my info/credit card stuffz), but I was brought to the same screen as stickmasterluke, with no code. I've never donated before, so I didn't know anything was wrong. Figured the code would be in my receipt, so I opened up my email, read receipt email, no code. Tried the confirmation number, was not a code. Stumped.

It's not that big of a deal really (though I do want me a full set of alternate chimeras....mmmm.), it's just a wee bit of a letdown. More importantly, if others are experiencing this problem, it may remove incentive to donate, and Elements could really use some funding right now. :/

No, there's no way to do that. You'd have to grind arena for them.

Yes, you can choose 1 shard or foil Chimera per $5 donation (so a $15 donation gives the same reward than a $5 one, but 3 $5 donations give you 3 different codes for shards or chimera

Thanks for that. Need one more SoP to finish my deck and been trying to get it for ages. I certainly owe the designer a contribution given the amount of fun I have had playing Elements.
