I haven't loose yet, but let's if not 100% it's very close 90%+
And thats the point...sometime you WILL have a bad draw and loose the game, how matter how good the deck might be
If you dont want people yell at you "you´re wrong" or even worse stuff like "liar", i would be very careful with absolute expressions...ithough i wont go that way

How big was your sample size? Cause any well build AI3 will achieve quite big winning streaks..even unupped...just take a look at the current ttw-study in General Discussion...there are quite some unupped decks with winning ratios of 90%+
e.g. The original No Land Stompy in the current ttw-study features 24 losses in 200 games... and i dont see that your changes increase that winning ratio by a significant amount...
Last thing, before i comment on the deck: Grinding AI3 is imo not only about the winning ratio, its more about having a deck with high winning ratio thats FAST!
Concerning the deck, i have to say that i didnt test it (it has been quite some time since I last played No Land Stompy), so this is just my feeling about it:
I dont think that additional lycanthrope does fit well...you will probably be able to grow 1, so you maybe want to draw 1, but not more...so worst case: you draw all three of them...2 dead cards.
The point of Arsenic, which you removed, was that it used a different quanta, so you would have another damage source with few novas/immolations...
The replacement of the Rage potion for another deflagration might be change to improve the deck idea against new Elders, though. imho, permanents are much more of a threat for rush decks then creatures are...but one has to mention that you sacrificed the the nice rage potion/lycanthrope combo (11/1^^) Change might slow deck down again

In conclusion: Thanks for sharing your ideas, honestly! You took the build of the third fastest AI3 grinder atm and made your own modification. As long as its fun for you, everything is great.
But i have to admit that i believe your changes slow the deck without offering more versatility in change. Sorry.
