It's a fun deck to use, works good against AI3
I don't know if someone has posted something like this, but I came with this idea some time ago, used it in some BL matches, but hadn't posted it here :B

Why did you pick dark pendulums and entropy mark rather than the other way around?
With your setup. you can only play a lycan in the third turn at the earliest:
- Turn one: no quanta
- Turn two: 1 enthropy and maybe some dark
- Turn three: two or more entropy

So if you end up going second, you give your opponent a three round lead, and I doubt that only three shields will give consistent enough stall power.
I'd switch to entropy pends with dark mark at the very least, but I think you have way too little quanta to reliably fractal AND play your lycans with just that change.

If you don't want to prioritize on using shields anyway, maybe you could split pends over dark and enthropy, and use aether mark. You'll likely not use, or rather want to use, fractal before the third turn. I'd probably rather go with this last idea.

fractal + shield is expensive

also i think this deck needs a few turns to get started, so maybe rather use discord than vampire dagger

The other thing I was thinking is maybe switch to amethyst pillars and add some antimatter (and swap some pillars for more dark pends) at least for PvP. Probably isn't really necessary for AI3.

I find this deck more benifical. it has the chance ot get a lycan out first turn, and can destroy those permanents. I think i would like to do a different version of the deck with lycans, fractals (of course), black hole, maybe bravery, discord. The idea for quanta denial and fractaling high low cost damage is appealing. (Grr. had to modify cause I got the image wrong)
