That last deck was a goofy one. I didn't check what decks neuro used until the 2-0, but I did after that and saw that until that point, he played the exact same decks in the exact same order as against Helston or killsdazombies, so I thought he'd go on with that and built a counter to the third deck he played in that match. Sadly, he chose a different deck which I managed to beat with 1 HP left and still a lot of luck.
