So I completely flubbed up and forgot to start betting at the same time as Phase 4.

At this point I don't feel right having this officially given codes. BUT I do have a 3k code that was so graciously given to me by Blacksmith awhile back. So whoever gets the most correct can have that (and hopefully it works). Marsu was also gracious enough to donate another 3k code, so now it's 6k : P. Thanks to Marsu. If there is a tie, then it'll be decided by whose winners won with less games lost total.

Example: Person A & Person B both get 6 different bets correctly. All of Person A's winners won by 5-0, while all of Person B's winners won by 5-1. Person A would win.  If this becomes a tie, then I'll just coinflip it.

This is the timer for sending bans for Phase 4. However, I will accept picks being sent until 2hrs before the first final battle begins (which there will hopefully be a 24hr warning before it happens). If you wish to revise your pick list, just repick it 2hrs before the first final battle begins.

I disagree that "as simple as possible" should be a standard. As simple as needed, maybe. If you go too much into simplicity's direction you lose other's understanding of your work.

I might revise your statement to:

"Over-simplifying an effort/work may reduce its importance and value to others."

However, I believe keeping things simple where possible and non-detrimental is certainly the best 'default' policy.
(Just because I struggle with maintaining simplicity myself takes nothing away from it being a goal.)
