1st	7,000 electrum + Nymph/Mark + Trophy (Forum Icon)
2nd	5,000 electrum + Nymph/Mark
3rd	4,000 electrum
4th	3,000 electrum
5th	2,000 electrum
6th	1,000 electrum

Players who lose their quarterfinal (Top 8) matches will compete for the 5th and 6th place prizes in a mini-tournament. Prize-eligible players (namely, ones in the top 8) who leave the tournament without notifying the Tournament Organizer of their intent are considered to have forfeited their match, and also their prize.

A: First you can try the web tool here. If your antivirus is stopping you from loading that page, you can go here for a Google Docs version of the tool. Remember to make a copy to your own account to use it. If you don't have a Google account, well go make one.

Q: Deck summoning cost = sum of the cost of all cards you put in your deck?
A: Yes.

Q: summoning only creatures or spell and permanent too?
A: Everything in your deck counts.

This card costs 2. This deck costs 4.
If those were the only cards in your deck, your "deck cost" would be 6 (obviously that's impossible, but it's an example).

"Your deck's summoning cost must be between 40-60 inclusive." from the OP - 'inclusive' here means including all cards in your deck.  Fairly simple - do the math or use one of the tools/methods from Vine in the Q&A.

The rest of what you said holds valid, but I kinda think 'inclusive' means that both 40 and 60 are acceptable too.

I've got a couple of pretty good ideas I'll use if I'm there.  There's several that occur to me immediately that should be reasonably competitive, and I'm sure there's lots more.  And besides, the deck doesn't have to be competitive outside the confines of the tourney rules :p  Certain strategies will be eliminated, to be sure, but there's still quite a few good ones left.  I think this will actually be a fairly enjoyable one, although there are one or two cards I hope get banned before Friday :p
