Hey, calm. I do not know English, use "google translator", and certainly lost explanations that were posted before. Would not cause any kind of discussion, simply had no idea why they are not being sent the codes. I have no idea who is Xeno, I have no idea what problems you have with China, and I have no money left, not even know what a VPN. Just play here to have fun.

If there was someone zanz trusted with that and found it necessary, he'd do that. If you think the delay of a few codes is enough, thank you for your opinion. It's not. It's a big responsibility. This delay is nothing compared to how long I and many others have had to wait in the past when only zanz had access to code generation.

Your terrible tone over a small hiatus has been noted. I'll remind you we're all volunteers AND a team doing our best for the community. Technical problems are a common obstacle forum teams face. You'd do well to practice some understanding.

I've done a little research on the topic and I found out that Xeno is Xenocidius, an elder elements player who is an administrator on the forums, and only admins can hand out reward codes.
I got it from other sources that Higurashi went to China, but "China blocks everything" (whatever this means...) and this somehow affects reward code generating. The problem is that we are out of usable reward codes so our admins need to create new ones before being able to hand out any.
I also don't know what a VPN is, but I'm sure that Higu's sentence is 100% comprehensible without that part.

I just tought that Administrative work is too much to be done by 1 person.
Thats why we have 3 Administrators...
So-if one is gone away,maybe you should consider to hire replacement for your inactive member.
Same as i saw on Tournament and League Organizer,and other stuff...
Allways someone leave,and then some new member is on his place.
But thats only my oppinion,not suggestion...
If you (Higurashi) think that its not necessary,then fine.

the fact is admin rights i believe are only granted by zanz might be the reason there have been no replacements found correct me if i'm wrong but i get the impression that zanz is very selective about who he allows to create codes.
