I assume however that pends are different to pillars. Both the theme of the tourney and the wording seems to suggest that. Marks are the same, as written in the Rules.

4.1 - Pillars, Pendumlums and Standalone Mark cards
Every Pillars and Pendulums are always allowed in tournaments unless stated otherwise.
Standalone Mark cards belong to their element and is treat as the same as a Pillar for the purposes of official organized PvP unless stated otherwise.

Mark Stadalone = Pillar

Then I can use the Standalone Mark Count "25 cards from element A (At least 10 Pillars / Towers)."
