Thanks for posting the example decks... and glad I asked. There probably should have been a rule specifying that ONLY elements from the three (or two) rolled elements are legal to use (as the immo deck explanation implies). You could satisfy the requirements below and have other elements involved, but now I understand what you all are going for.

Before each round, the TO will roll 3 dice. Players must build their decks using at least 5 non-pillar/pend-cards of each rolled element. In case one element was doubled, there are just two elements, in case all three are the same, dice will be rethrown.
You can only choose a mark of one of the chosen elements.
Players have 10 minutes before each round to build their deck(s). This rule will be enforced.
Discord, Earthquake, Black Hole/Amber Nymph and "Other" cards are banned.
