Q. Some cards are not banned, resulting in Baron using Beggar cards and vice versa. Reason?A. As some members suggested, banning cards more strictly may destroy the diversity of the meta, which make the whole tournament less enjoyable. After discussion between TOs there will be some exceptions, some obvious ones are Graboid and FFQ/Pharaoh. But with these exceptions, we urge players to respect the rules, and do not try to abuse the loophole.
why not 4 cards for each?

So, does a 4 cost card count as a Beggar or a Baron card? Also, are 0 cost cars (e.g. Soul catcher) available for both categories?
