FAQ:

Q: What if I don't have some of the cards?
A: All decks will have no rares, no Shards, and no Nymphs.  If you need a card for the deck, you can buy it from the Bazaar.

Q: What if I don't have enough electrum to buy the cards?
A: Tough luck. Better get farming

Q: Exactly? What does that mean?
A: You may not add additional cards to the decks. You may not remove cards from the decks. You may not change the cards in the decks. You may not change the mark.

Q: Can I change to another one of the preset decks in between games?
A: Yes. Just remember that all replays (due to desynchs, timeouts, etc.) are to be played with the same decks and marks.

Interesting idea.  Normally, the three factors that determine who wins are 1) luck, 2) play skill, and 3) deckbuilding skill.  This reduces the three factors to just the first two.  Luck will play a larger factor than normal, but so will play skill, particularly if the prebuilt decks are done well.  (i.e. decks requiring skill to play and not things like monoaether, monoearth graboid w/time mark, etc)  If the prebuilt decks are done right, this will be a great tournament; if they aren't, it might not be.  It depends a lot on whichever TO builds them
