here's a very rough draft for the speech I came up with; lemme know what you think or if it gives you any better ideas. Feel free to use any or all of this, with or without modifications.
I will start by quoting a few lines from J.R.R. Tolkien’s “The Hobbit.”
This thing all things devours:
Birds, beasts, trees, flowers;
Gnaws iron, bites steel;
Grinds hard stones to meal;
Slays king, ruins town,
And beats high mountain down.
So what was it that devours all things, slays kings, ruins towns, and beats down even the high mountains? The answer, as you may recall, is Time. Time is, quite literally, the one unstoppable, unmovable, unyielding element. Time always flows forward, and can never be destroyed. Fire and Water, Air and Earth, Life and Death, Darkness and Light, Aether, Gravity, and Entropy; they all will eventually perish to the inexorable ravages of Time. Nothing lives forever, and nothing lasts forever; when the War ends and everything is destroyed, Time will still be counting ever onwards, victorious and eternal.
Time stops for nothing and no one. Time has existed since before all of the other elements, since the beginning of the universe, and Time will exist at the end when nothing else is left. Thus, not only is our victory in this War guaranteed, but it will be complete, utter and total, such that not even the faintest trace or memory of our enemies will remain.
Team Time will offer no mercy to its opponents, except for this one piece of advice: Resistance is useless. Avoid the futility of attempting to stand against our might. Be content to bask in the glory that is Team Time while squabbling amongst yourselves for a distant second place.
The dawn of a new age is coming. Time will rule the world of Elements for all Eternity.
