Most beautiful deck https://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php?topic=35581.msg447724#msg447724
« on: January 10, 2012, 10:05:08 pm »
Not sure if you all got the PM from kevkev but we have to pick a deck we played that we thought was the most beautiful. Personally I liked all of them :D and I would say that most of our decks were pretty original but I think this deck which won us the first game in War stands out from the rest for its uniqueness:

Hover over cards for details, click for permalink
Deck import code : [Select]
4vj 4vj 4vj 4vj 4vj 4vj 4vl 4vl 4vl 5ia 5ia 5rg 5rg 5rg 5rg 5rg 5rg 5rg 5rg 5rg 5rn 5rs 5rs 5ru 5ru 5v1 5v1 7dm 7dm 7qk 8pj

A Novabow with a lot of very atypical cards for a Novabow (Anubis? Pharaoh?), and an upgraded Nymph on top of that. And it actually won us games so it's not just for goofing around - it was made to counter Aether's Bonebolt and Devtal but a modded version also beat a Fire deck later. Are there any other suggestions? Otherwise I'll just submit this one.

I didn't realize we still had this forum... I sent a reply PM where I suggested either this deck or ghostal, and asked for feedback, so I'll do it again here.

yeah the PM is only adressed at you valuka and me for some reason though so I figured I'd make a thread here.
Ghostal is nice definitely but I think it's already our "most succesful" deck (most wins) anyway which gets a category of its own in the archive, so we should pick something else. :)

I agree that this deck is beautiful. I like unconventional decks, and this was one of them. And succesful too!

I also like this deck because I built it :p  And it was one I put a lot of time testing and tweaking, because I was unemployed for round 1 of War :)

If you are looking for originality combined with success, it is hard to pick something that was not running Nymphs.  If not the Novabow, you could pick ffun's Round 8 deck, but I cannot imagine that getting many votes.

I like that deck very much. Others I might add would be the poison dial I took vs Water in Rnd 6 (see deck) or any version of our ET (Exploding Times) Deck, as it did rather well too...

Miss you guys, hope all are well...

I liked both the deck 10 suggested and any of our variations of the poisonbow. These decks really stood out.

Of course, I also loved our Ghostal, but that goes for the most successful anyway, as pointed out.

PS: I'm a lot more productive at work right now with no War draining my time, which is a good thing  :P But, yes, I also really miss our chat sessions, planning and goofing around! I hope everyone is well and maybe we'll get together soon in some other PvP event!

Hi, sorry for the late reply but I needed a break from Elements after war and I haven't opened the forum in days.

I agree with the round 1 deck choice, I had the pleasure to use it and it was really good and unusual.

Ok, seems like everyone is cool with the Nova Discord deck. I'll PM kevkev about it. :)
