If he wants to dispute the third game, all he has to do is PM me.  If he never PMs me (and he still hasn't), then I assume he accepts the loss with no dispute and I'm not going to go out of my way to investigate results which are not under dispute.  I'm happy you all have an opinion but as neither player has indicated to me that they wish to dispute anything I see no reason to offer up arguments on who won or lost.  As it is currently posted, both players agree that Chaos-Cocoas won the match 2-1.

IMHO; the problem is the way matches have to be disputed.

Having to stop a game and meet a player who lives on the other side of the world after waiting for an organizer decision is pretty brutal.

Read the rules before you make more inaccurate statements please......

I'm severely disappointed at how many people utterly failed to read them as evidenced by this thread.  I even quoted the specific part earlier and still it seems people can't read.

PLEASE READ THIS AND ALL THE OTHER RULES BEFORE OFFERING YOUR COMMENTARY, K THX
Quote
Desynchs will be replayed using the same decks and marks. If one player agrees that they would have lost that game, their opponent is awarded the win and the two players may move on to the next game, if needed.  If there is any dispute over a result, simply replay the game and PM the Event Organizer with the match in question.  The Organizer will then determine whether the original match should have been awarded or if the replay should count.
Is that clear enough?
Carpe Diem!!

It is clear, however, Odill has obviously misinterpreted the protocol at some point, and thinks that he should post his version of the match report HERE for judgement. That is not the case, and Odill, you shouldnt be so defensive, as nobody has actually argued against you. All you have to do now is to Private Message (PM) TSTAR telling him what you thought happened in the game. ONLY THEN (according to the rules) is he able to make a decision.

(I think) The reason TStar is unable to make a decision simply from the match report is that technically he could then arbitrarily change a match result off his own accord, which would a) make his job harder b) cause to much drama and c) could cause bias.
The rules are good, its a great event, and we should appreciate the way it runs, not try to find holes in it or gripes. Just PM TStar.

What i would say is that i hope instances like this should be rare, because people should be gracious in defeat, if they know they have been defeated. That s a general statement, i am not passing judgement on this match either way.

I hope i havnt spoken out of turn.

Which player PM'd you here (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,33867.msg459047#msg459047)?

The job of an EO is to make sure that all the games went fairly, it doesn't matter where you find evidence. PM'ing the organizer is obviously the best method to dispute a result and I encourage everyone to do it this way for the future.

About the match, from looking at the screenshot and odiis description it seems pretty clear to me that this (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,26482.msg360378#msg360378) happened (so it was a real desync and replay was justified).

Used this in both games. Got lockdown game 1, so he conceded the game to me. Game 2 was much closer. RoF kept me from ever getting lockdown, so I just had to Fractal my Devs and Vamps when I could. Lightning kept his dragons from bothering me too much, and eventually I got the damage I needed (shortly before deckout, if I recall correctly).

Great games, Squipples!

(I know, not original at all, but I did have original decks lined up if this one lost.)

The Most Intense Elements game i have ever played... If i may say so myself. Both of us having a bad start he ended up getting some fractaled Devourers up, i quickly RoF'd them. He Moved onto Fractaled Vampires. I RoF'd them as well. Then he moved onto Fractaled Vampires + Fractaled Devourers... No more RoF's... I died.

Lost both Rounds. What i was thinking with these decks Were Exactly as follows "Its Doable..."

Brought to you by a Scribble of a Squipple.

I have spoken to both Odii Odsen and Dawidas888 about the 3 instances of Game 3 that were attempted or played and reviewed the evidence both provided.  As I have conflicting accounts of how the game occured during the first attempt prior to the desync and neither player is able to provide any screenshots or videos of this game, I cannot award the first attempt to any player.

On the second attempt, Odii Odsen was able to provide to me a screenshot of a situation prior to a desync where he was clearly about to win.  Dawidas888 has no screenshots or videos and admitted that he was unlikely to win that game but insisted on a replay because he felt he was clearly going to win the first attempt but Odii insisted on a replay for it was just him doing the same.  The evidence is very clear that Odii Odsen was going to win the second match and as such the second attempted game will be the official result with the win being awarded to Odii Odsen and the match going to Wild Mongrels by a 2-1 margin.
Carpe Diem!!

Wow, thank you on behalf of my team. I think this is a just decision as one party had evidence too show and the other didn't.

btw, this will be my second match where it won't matter if I win or lose :) I'll try to win anyways

Devourers were really unexpected, but fortunately I had enough quanta to cast all my Lightnings, Pandemoniums and Chaos Seeds. I thought Acsabi had Drain Life in his hand and waited for about 20 turns to get enough quanta to play quintessence before dragon, but now I see it were Steals )

It were thunder, lightnings, chaos everywhere, and in the middle of all this madness I was flying calmly to the victory on the back of my invincible purple dragon.

First I didn't see anything and only heard strange grinding sound. Then I saw golems and something strange was happening with them. They were mitosing!
First I was scared because my lightings couldn't destroy them in one blow. But RNG was on my side and arsenal from previous game appeared to be enough.
