Hey guys,

I was making a new deck: and I made a pharao deck (NOT ORIGINAL I THINK)
Hover over cards for details, click for permalink

And I played 26 matches against bronze without losing one.
Never thought they would be so awesome :D

Is Chimera your backup plan? Other than that, do you think this works unupped. Cause I have all of the Pharaohs just not upped.

I tried a deck like this a while ago, but i lost bad against phase shields.
Now i saw you use chimera for this, and it's a nice addition. It also gives you a nice big fat creature that absorbs damage.
I'm using a slightly different version than yours, because i have more upped shards and towers, but less pharaohs.
Nice deck!

Indeed I use Chimera as my shield when I'm on low hp and to bypass shields.
I think you mean or it works unupped, I think it'll work, but since upped pharao produces elite scarabs which deal one more dammage are just better, I think you must up the Pharao's at first.

Thx I could up the other pillars and shards too but it doesn't really matter or they are upped.
The fattest chimera I had now had 244 hp   :P

EDIT:
tested my deck on trainer vs a mono dim shield deck:
at the final turn I had 23 scarabs (22 of 23hp and 1 of 25hp)
Then I played chimera which gave me a Chimera 71/531 !!!!!!!!!!  :P :P :P :P :P :P

Rickerd, your deck gave me an awesome idea!
I swapped 3 Pharaohs for 3 Precognition, because i noticed that i never play more than 3 Pharaohs, and the precognitions help me search my deck for the cards when i need them (like Chimera when facing a Phase shield).
However, the great idea is another one, it's an addition to the base deck:
Endless growing scarabs.
The concept is simple: use Acceleration | Overdrive on 1 or more scarabs, and if you keep creating at least one scarab each turn, they get +2|-1 for the acceleration and +0|+1 for the swarm ability (that is passive and stays even after the Acceleration). The total is +2|+0 for free!

UNLIMITED ACCELERATION!

Indeed, til you've got 23 creatures on the field.
Isn't 3 Pharao's a bit less because I'm used to play one in the 2nd turn

Thx, I tried it too but I saw that this deck doesn't need nymph or even hourglass because this deck has only 6 differend cards and expect pillars you only need one of each to have a nice win rate

Still nice ideas both ;p

pretty much exactly what i am running against Platinum:

Hover over cards for details, click for permalink
Deck import code : [Select]
560 6rq 6rq 6rq 6rq 6rq 6rq 74g 7q0 7q0 7q0 7q0 7q0 7q0 7q0 7q0 7q0 7qc 7qc 7qc 7qc 7qc 7qc 7ri 7ri 7ri 7ri 7ri 7ri 7ri 8pl

2nd chimera only unupped cos i havnt got round to it yet and it doesnt need to be upped.

Throw this at silver and bronze and win. I would use a version like this rather than with the gravity constructs, because with this version 2nd turn readied pharaoh is fairly likely. (1-2 pharoahs 5-6 constructs 1-2 readies)

The reason its great against AI is because the only CC that targets pharaoh above scarabs is lobo. most of the time if you get a readied pharaoh out by turn 3 u win. Against anything with liklihood of CC save throwing the pharaoh until you can also ready it if you are nervous.

V fun deck too.

I run ^^ same version, only the other Chimera is upped thanks to Akebono.

It has decent rates against Platinum and Gold both. Never thought to try the lower leagues to see if it dominates them or not.
