Bronze vs. Silver https://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php?topic=65578.msg1273067#msg1273067

Nowadays with the arena being broken there's a conflict of opinions on what is better to grind, bronze or silver. I'm making this thread to discuss this. here are some stats from the last time I looked over bronze and silver's leaderboards.

Bronze:
Base reward: 75 :electrum
Number of 6 days old or younger decks: 70
Number of 7 day old decks: 16
Number of NaN decks: 0

Silver:
Base reward: 45 :electrum
Number of 6 days old or younger decks: 81
Number of 7 day old decks: 4
Number of NaN decks: 373

Note, these stats will change over time this is just what they were at the time I made this thread. Of the decks that aren't 1hp or NaN decks silver's decks are younger and probably better than bronze's if you don't just skip all non 1hp or NaN decks. I think we can all agree the most efficient way to grind is with 1 hp grinders against bronze or silver. If you want to post what you think is the more efficient league to grind in and why.

I find it amazing how few 1hp decks you found in bronze, when I play it I get consistently ~65% 1hp matches

I assume you meant how many 1hp decks? That's the only way the rest of your sentence makes sense to me.

No, I mean how few. Like Rapid, I assumed you mean 7 day old decks as 7+ days old which is just a count of all the 1 hp decks, if this is the case, only 16/500 (3.2%) of bronze decks would be 1hp.

Number of 6 days old or younger decks: 70

that means 430 1hp decks

What andrentimpa said. I separated 7 day old decks from 6 say old and younger decks because 7 day old decks may not have 1 hp.

It's funny... given the mess of 1hp decks in bronze, I was wondering... OK say you want to grind here, what deck would best take advantage of the 1hp decks and how much could you earn....

here's the deck I made:

Deck import code : [Select]
6rk 6rk 6rk 6rk 77e 77e 77e 77e 77e 77e 7ee 7ee 7ee 7ee 7ee 7ee 7jp 7jp 7jp 7jp 7jp 7jp 7mt 7mt 7mt 7mt 7mt 7mt 7n2 7n2 8po

it almost garuntees a t1 hit, and can even take on some of the weaker decks if you want to play a game when it comes along.
That said, skipping anything over 50 hp, you can earn pretty good score and electrum quickly.

In 10 minutes, I earned 2.6K score, and 4K electrum, and that was taking 3 actual matches (a couple decks @ 100 hp) that I could have skipped.

My heavy grinding days are over, but I find this to be amusing as I'm watching something on another screen.

This is what I use, it works wonders in bronze and probably silver too, there's way not to kill a 1hp opponent on the first turn, and holy flash makes your EM status resistant to enemy first turn daggers or photons. Unupped photons and an earth mark act as denial-denial, in case the opponent is like 20 hp and has black hole (earth mark generates the same quanta as the sturdiest quanta producer in the deck, so is more likely to create an overlap that won't be absorbed by a single BH). There are no weapons in this deck because they take an extra second to do their damage after you end your turn (Creatures are minor speed improvement against 1hps since they attack the instant you press space). 50 hp decks are doable, but I don't recommend engaging them unless you're one ring off a special spin. ~2/3 winrate in bronze, EM rate is near 100% against 1hps
