Arena loss feedback (thumbs up/down)

Today i wanted to give thumbs down to a couple of decks that i defeated anyway.
They were boring, and made me rage!

I think that giving thumbs down to a deck that you just defeated should be considered more important.
Like a thumbs up when you lose.

didn´t cost me anything und free money for somebody else... why not...?

I mean do they show up less often than decks with hig rating?
