This was my toughest fight by far. The matchup was not in my favor so I had to think, calculate and guess a lot just to eke out a win and have chance in the other two games too.
Game1: I didn't know what to expect when I saw the mark. After that, he played novas so I expected a full rainbow grabby, and he played some Arsenics and whatnot, but no deflagrations. This allowed me to chain dimshields for the win. I reflector'd myself and bolted him to dfeath, but this game was pretty long and tiring too. 1-0
Game2: No fire pillars for a good while, I started to play the dimshields but they got deflagged at crucial times. I had to calculate a lot and decided to bolt some of the Shriekers, but in the end he just won by pure momentum. 1-1
Game3: I thought the match is mine as I had a great draw(fast farenheit, enough pillars) and he had a suboptimal one.
During the course of the game, several of my shields got deflagged, so I got mildly posioned and damaged. He burrowed the shriekers and waited for a deflag to end the game, which he drew before the Farenheit brought him down to the bolt range.. 1-2
The games were much more complex and longer than it would seem simply by reading this. I think both of us played to his best, but the bad matchup and YeliaYue's skill was too much for me today to handle.
