G1: 2xrecluse + arsenic wins me the game.
G2: 1pend start. Tons of creatures, some BW, no quanta. AM surprises me on mummy.. Still would have won, but topdeck purify makes me rage.
G3: Get flooded with ALL! The quanta w/2xmum + poison. Fog + EQ on big pend stack make me sad, but I’m still pretty high on quanta. 1xLightning on recluse, but then Arsenic comes into play. Haxx shield starts to haxx as Jaymanfu explodes with abom + grabby. I draw a dragon, play next turn. One BW even would save my hide, but they’re all hiding apparently. I draw tons of damage and pray for no AM. AM on dragon would be bad. Discord appears out of nowhere, catches me completely off guard as I finally draw a BW without enough quanta to use it.
G4: High quanta hand, but with 1xrecluse 2xdragons it’s OK. Topdeck other recluse, play both on second turn = awesome. Decent 2/1/1 split, one spider gets BBd. I play a mummy, keep hoping for BW. Draw an upped tower instead, still very good to get a nice split and tons of quanta. Afraid to play dragon because of AM, I wait until 6 quanta to try and bait Imp. AM on mummy, but no dice. Play both dragons at once, if I draw a BW game should be over but we’ll see. AM could hurt, disco wouldn’t be terrible but wouldn’t be good either. Puri/AM hurts, takes my damage down to 3/turn while I wait for recluse. Need more damage, a BW, arsenic, something. Finally get a BW, which blocks a fair amount of damage from evolved shriekers + unupped graboid. Draw another pillar, keep crossing fingers for another BW or dragon. Get another BW, but now he has 4xcreatures + pulvy. I topdeck YET ANOTHER BW and I think that’s game unless he topdecks an AM or lightning or fog. Nope…I win!
G5: Very good draw, 1/1/1/1 pillar split with recluse, BW, dragon in hand. 2nd turn recluse, 3rd turn dragon FTW! Draw an Arsenic, excellent… recluse and dragon facing off against his lone grabby. Dragon gets BB’d but Arse comes out and starts picking up the slack. Draw another BW, which will be useful….sometime. Arse gets deflagged, sadness. Recluse keeps on chugging away as BW blocks shrieker. Keep drawing useless quanta, DO NOT NEED THIS. Fortunately mummy comes out and starts helping out my recluse. AM on recluse is bad, but with dragon coming out of stasis and arsenic popping up again it is manageable. All CC seems to have been used except for lightning, and he can’t lightning bone dragon with 25HP. Shriekers and Lycans face yet another BW, and jaymanfu needs to draw either fog or lightning in order to have a chance. He draws purify, but I draw recluse and it’s looking like GG with 3 BW counters left against shriekers, lycan, discord.
