Just curious, but what exactly constitutes a 1 card Vault Penalty?  The minimum infraction listed in the Rules post is for 6 cards.  Was there a new penalty system instituted?

Like their total for salvage was 1 under what is was suppose to be. But, why would it only make a 1 card penatly when gravity gets 6 for being over? This I don't understand.

Gravity's constituted a cheat, accidental or not because they made a gain they should not have.

Life's was considered a self inflicted penalty because they failed to claim a card they might have. They made no gain in their action.

I'll be doing a full audit of Vaults as I have time. So no failure or cheat will get away.
