debate- bogtro (darkness) vs. Acsabi44 (death)

Okay here is a bit of debate. I would like to ask a WM ruling before we take any course of action.

We had 4 intense matches. We were 2-2, and had a final.

My point of wiev:
In the final I had an awesome draw. I beat bogtro to 27 HP where he desynched. The AI drew a Black dragon (how do I know? see bogtro's screenshot and you will see what was in his hand), played it and a steal. I played my dragon and pressed the spacebar for te win.

Although by checking bogtro's pic, for me it was clear that the next card in his deck is a dragon, others informed me that the draws differ after a desynch.

Bogtro's point of wiev: I desynched when he had 47 HP. Of course, as soon as the AI took over, it attacked for 20, bringing bogtro down to 27. No futher screenshots are available from bogtro.

Although my pictures don't have a timer, if one checks the actual HPs on the different pictures and the cards left in the decks, it is clear that the whole problem happened in just 1 turn of me playing and 1 turn of the AI playing.

I ask for a WM ruling and I'll humbly accept the decision without futher arguing.

Acsabi has a screenshot of a win against the AI. Bogtro does not.

If bogtro can not prove that he was able to beat the AI, how could he even have a small chance winning if the desync had not happened?

The forum needs to start playing the AIs after desyncs happen. It prevents people from potentially desyncing on purpose when they will lose, and it prevents people from drawing out clear losses.

-It is quite possible for me to have drawn a dusk mantle the turn after and won by either dusk haxxoring, drawing a dagger, or drawing siphons.
-Neither SS shows a timer, essentially invalidating those SSes.
-The precedent by which I am requesting a ruling is my Trials match against ji412jo. In that match, the situation was far more clear, requiring me to hit with 1/3 creatures for 3 turns against a possibly drawn dusk at the time of desync. ji412jo did not play through, and requested a replay. The situation was ruled a replay despite my SSes of desync and win (with timer). As that situation was more clear than this one, that situation was ruled a replay, and the two events of War and Trials are of comparable importance, I feel like precedent should be followed.
-My AI also apparently stupidly wasted a Steal, when this could have been used for a BW in the future combined with CC.
-As War is a team event, it would be wrong for me to individually make the decision to concede or not concede. With only me and TorB online, I do not want to concede without checking with the rest of the team. TorB instructed me to let the WMs make the ruling, and I'm not going to concede against this order when the WMs can make a decision.
-I offered to play another game, under the normal conditions that if he won, we would be done, and if I won the match would be pending WM ruling in order to save time. Acsabi replied that he would rather wait for a WM ruling, so here we are.
-I did not purpose cause a desync for two reasons: a) this is despicable behavior and ban-worthy, something that I would never do, and b) he timed out on my screen, which I'm fairly sure can't be replicated. The only way of causing a desync that I know of is to let your own time run out.

Other than these points, I agree with the facts above.

facts: bogtro didn't show an SS with win. Acsabi44 showed one, which was all the same as on spectate. I could post my own spectate SS if Ralouf's wasn't enough.

Torb: Acsabi doesn't rant. Ignore the anon noob with 4 posts, even though that's truly like it seemed on spectate.

In the future, situations like this should be handled in PMs with the Warmasters. Other posters should just let it be until a decision is made.

To be honest, i think the chance of acs losing is pretty much impossible. If this was a tournement, I would have given acs the win..
