im standing on both sides. while nymphs are meant to be super mega ultra rare i can understand why only a very lucky oracle winner or tournament champion may get them but really i don't think some of them are really all that they're cracked up to be for the amount of rare-iness they are given.

I have no problem whatsoever with Nymphs being available to AI3.
AI3s are meant to be Elders. They've probably been around for a while. One lucky oracle spin happens.

They should be in AI3 Decks.
They should not be in the spins. That brings them down to rare weapon status. (1 in a deck will be won by playing AI3). We will have unbalance in the nymphs then.
