I had dimension shield on my draw so I decided to use it right away from game 1 and see if it's worth to reuse it later on.  He had a mono death deck that couldn't kill me in anyway when I had my shield on.  Was a bit worried still because it took me forever to get my 1st pendulum.  Got the win anyway

game 2
I had 2 immo, 2 photons and 1 dragon in starting hand= 12 damage from turn 1!  that was enough to kill him since he couldn't be as fast.  Never drew any other dragon but it didn't matter!

game 3.  I realized there's not many way he deals great fast damage to me so I decided to remove a heal + frog to add a dragon + pend to my game 1 deck and  be back with it (he prolly didn't have access to steal/deflag either).  It went slow since he decided to use lightning on my dragon and hope skull shield would then kill it.. it worked twice but I eventually made damage enough to kill him ( we desynch 1 turn before I could kill him but he gave me the win, ty Kaker).

Terroking 3 - MrBlonde 2

GGs, Blonde, very close games, and while I definitely shouldn't have been able to win, mistakes happen to the best of us.

Draw:
Code: [Select]
4vm 4vp 52r 52u 55u 561 592 595 5c5 5c8 5ie 5ih 5li 5ll 5ol 5oo 5rq 5rt 5uu 5v1 621 623

Went up against Death/Entropy and was pretty scared he'd gotten BW, Pande, and Poison, but thankfully, he didn't. I zapped all his Maxwells and Dragons, putting out my own that ended up getting hit by Viruses. It was pretty close, and I very nearly decked out, but in the end Blonde took a chance and used a Chaos Seed on my Dragon, which became RT and allowed me to deck him out instead.

Faced off Chrysoara/Bone Dragons, and got within death multiple times before activating Miracle. I got an early OE and sniped down all his critters, and in the end won with exact damage.

Game 3:

He was Darkness/Aether, though it appeared that the :darkness was just Devs and Dragons. The Aether was the scary part, Phase Shields & Lightning. He had Phase Shields, I didn't have any PC. 'nuff said.

Game 4:

I figured that I didn't have an efficient counter to Phases, and also thought he would probably anticipate be bringing or trying to bring one, so I put this out for Lightning immunity+CC. Sadly, though, I went up against Entropy/Earth with AMs and EQ. EQ denied me too hard to come back from, though I still would have won had it not been for him playing a fatal AM on my Dragon. I didn't think he had AMs since he hadn't played them in the first match, for whatever reason. He'd had Chaos Seeds but no AM, which still seems pretty weird to me.

Anticipating Phase Shields but not having much I could do about it (Chargers would just get struck down by Lightning, and I wasn't very confident in Cata/BB/Armagio seeing as it'd lose to everything else) I took Mindgates and Poison, hoping that they would allow me to stall for long enough to get the win out. Sure enough, he played the Darkness/Aether deck, and I was pretty certain of losing this round since I barely pulled any early scorps, however, Blonde screwed up and missed playing a Phase Shield, so I got some extra Poison on him. That, combined with both my Lightnings and the additional copies I mindgated from him, allowed me to win.

GGs, Blonde. Raises total 10, so I now have 21 Elements.
I ask nothing of humanity but fairness in all things, but I do not expect even that.

YoungSot 3 - 1 iCall_uHobo

Poor iCall had to stay up late to make our match happen. Thanks for being so easy to work with.

1 pend start (me) vs a 5 pillar start (him). Yeah quanta denial's not looking so hot. Em'd in the face.

Traded a cloak for another pend and gave mitodevs another chance. He got two frogs out then couldn't play anything else while the devs moved toward lockdown. Two mito'd Black dragons finished it.

He played a mono time which stood little chance vs bonewalls and OE. Avoided playing my dragons as he could have eternity-locked me. sniped his critters and waited for a dragon + sky blitz OTK.

Another slightly adjusted repeat. He drew 13 darkness pillars, so I ditched BW and just went for damage with dragons/OE. He never drew more than 1 drain life, so he was dead before he could start serious bolting.

GG to iCall_uHobo.
