Strategy is simple, draw until these cards are in your hand: 2 cats, 1 flying weapon, 1 freeze, 1 titan, 1 TW.
Play the 2 cats, wait until next turn. Play Titan, use flying weapon, freeze the flying Titan and TW it. Sacrifice both for 100 instant damage and win.

Weaknesses are standard:
-weak vs. PC and neurotoxin
-prone to bad draws
-SoD and a well timed Sosac ruins this

Strengths? idk but it's fun.

I don't think you need to have time towers, you only use 6 :time which the SN can pay for.

Stall: OTKs with only 6 Sundials and 6 Precogs get outrushed almost all the time in PVP2. Hourglasses or SoBr are a must.

Quanta: What are those :time towers doing there? SNs are enough for that.

Combo: There are several catapult OTK combos, there is no need to use a Titan in a 2-Catapult deck, as you need extra :gravity generation. Try searching "74h OTK" or "561 OTK" in the rainbow section to see catapult OTKs! I have personally made one which uses a single Chimera Catapult Here, I hope it inspires you for something new.
