I just run 1 perma 1 bonewall and dont feel like theres a shortage of shields. 2 permas would be nice (i find it more useful than bonewall most of the time) but i dont think its necesary. maybe adding a jade shield would be better? or something
Jade shields are awesome. I have 1 in my variation and love it.
Through some testing on pulling out one of the bonewalls, and trying to find a sub for it, i figured i'd give the jade shield a try....however, to my stupidity, i didn't realize that life has two shields and put in a carapace instead but belive it or not, the results were actually pretty good.
It is definatly situational, as now you have one shield that can take care of mass numbers of weak creatures (perma), one for a few huge creatures (bone wall), and one to kill off those anoying burrowed/immortal creatures.
I realize that jade shield will help with some of the more difficult gods for this deck, but the carapace helps make some the the moderate gods allot easier.
