The main combo is to get out all your dragons sky blitz, then use all your hour glasses to draw 6 more cards to use 4 snovas to get enough quanta to sky blitz again.

Obviously you need to wait to have 7-6 cards left before starting the combo.  Also for hour glasses you shouldn't be using them but trying to get them all out so that you can draw 6 cards in one turn for the big finale. 

This deck needs some tweaks but the idea is to OTK as quickly as possible.

Replace at least half of your hourglasses with sundials? As you can see below, all if not most OTK decks use sundials, as they much cheaper and provides defense.

Having less time quarta consumption, you can change the mark to entropy (for fast SN use) or light (for fast sundial effect).
With cheaper and faster draw, you can work with just 1 sky blitz.
Probably a good idea to change amethyst dragon to a dragon of another element unless you use entropy mark.

Why Basalt? o.O Very low attack.

Obsidian > Basalt. More damage that way.
This could use some defense as well, currently its a sitting duck for 5-7 turns, which is far to long given that it is upped.
