What does the RE achieve, im guessing you use 1 blessing on 1 ball o' lightning so RE kinda fails there. I think i'd prefer the second deck over the first.

Worthy of note: BL + Blessing = 8 ATK creature = screaming for Adrenaline.  8)

RE doubles as CC, and given a ball lightning with three buffs or a lucky chaos power, will work on them too.  You could actually run with unupped rage potions and it would do a little better... not much has 6 HP, so it won't nerf the CC end too badly.
