I am in the process of upgrading quantum pillars for a full scale rainbow deck but I wanted opinions on what I am running right now. There is nothing fancy, just a bunch of rather inexpensive cards that do decient damage. I wanted to include what upgraded cards I had so if it seems kind of crazy that is why. Also is there any other essencial cards I should upgrade for this deck while I am upgrading the quantum?

"Mini", in my opinion wouldn't describe a 40 card deck, regardless of the HG's.
Uh... Honestly, I look at this and I am confused  ?_? . Time cards are iffy, seems to much.
But I haven't played around with it.  Up the nova's.

Upgrade the shard ASAP, getting 3 upped cards instead of unupped ones is infinitely useful. Otherwise drop the Scorpion, two buff cards in a 40 card deck is not enough imo, and I'd also throw in a pulvy or two, 'cuz  :earth is rather unused, and you lack PC. Or SoF if you have any. And you are not using  :air at all, a FFQ maybe?

Well, after seeing your deck takings a stall route seems the best change you can do, here's what I tried to build for you:

Hover over cards for details, click for permalink
Deck import code : [Select]
4sa 4sa 4sa 4sa 4sa 4sa 4sa 4sa 4sa 4sa 4th 52r 52r 58v 5f8 5fa 5lm 5lm 5lm 5oj 5rn 5rp 5rp 623 6qq 6qq 6qq 6qq 749 74a 74b 7am 7gl 7k6 7k6 7q5 7q5 7qc 7t8 7tb 8ps

Changes:
  • Changing 6 Novas into 5 Quantum pillars: Burst quanta isn't needed in this deck, quantum pillars will give way more in this deck.
  • Removing Blessing, Dune, 1 Vampire Dagger, Bloodsucker, Boneyard, both Minor Phoenix, Quicksand: Most of the time those cards will do nothing, boneyard needs way more CC to work, Minor Phoenix will do little damage in a stall, Quicksand needs a deck around it to work nice, Blessing+Dune is a 2 cards combo in a 40 cards deck and 1 Dagger is enough.
  • Changing Forest Spirit in a FFQ: Gives your deck better ways to combat stalls.
  • Adding in 2 Bone Walls, a Pulverizer, a Rain of Fire, 3 Sanctuaries and 2 Sundials: Gives your deck the stall approach it needs.
You know, a long time ago being crazy meant something. Nowadays everybody's crazy.

Mini: 30 cards at all. Yours: 40 cards and has no draw power. So,I think that you should change the deck. When I saw this deck,I thought that was a joke. For me,you just putted in 40 random cards that has un-believable QI.

Mini Rainbow:
1. A small rainbow deck.
2. A rainbow deck based off Rainbow the False God, but smaller in size.

In first case, it's SNbow, and in second case, it's Timebow.
