This is my first card design which I made with Submachine's help.

I thought of this as a counter to  :air against itself in the same way Psion is the counter of  :aether against itself. I also REALLY hate Octane and this card could be a counter against it.

Anyways, what would happen if this card gets (hopefully) approved here? Where would it go?

Heal 5*(n+1) HP. n = frozen flying weapons.
Heal 5 HP, +5 for each weapon frozen.

I think this is a less mathy version.
Perception is the source of misunderstanding.

Why, yes. I do have a Mindgate necklace. It's how I ninja everyone.

I like the idea of more weapon control, not to mention its devastating effect on the FG Divine Glory (a very hard god to beat). The cost seems a little low, however the idea is great. I also think that the same idea could also be applied to deal with the shield slot (a temporarily 'freeze'  on the current shield) *I know this is going off topic a bit, but feel free to take this idea*

Makes sense. Updated the card image and wording.

Yeah I hate DG too.

What do you think is the best quanta cost for it?

The shield freeze mechanic looks interesting but I think breaking defense is more of a  :fire thing rather than an  :air thing.

Air is perfect to blow thinks down, heck there could be a wind card named Monsoon that destroys both the weapon and shield slot. It would require a high cost (6-8) but it would finally give air some PC

I like it but I think it's op. It will almost always heal at least 10,+it will decease damage with at least 8-24 the coming 4 turns upped+ that no other annoyign affects would work. Besides that I like this card!

Air does have a PC in the form of Shockwave but it is tricky to use.

Would +2 heal be better?  :air isn't meant to be a healing element.

I've also added a poll.

I don't want to appear hostile, but shockwave can hardly be deemed PC. It requires the use of the water spell ice bolt (with only freezes the weapon part of the time) to be played in combination with shockwave. Moreover this duo type of PC only effects weapons -imagine if explosion could only target weapons. Because of this I dismiss the use of shockwave as a legitimate form of PC and stand with my original statement that wind has no PC. In conclusion, the entire point of my responses have been to make the air element a more balanced and rounded element that people will respect more, thanks for the responses.

This isn't religion or politics so it's easier to argue without appearing hostile  ;D

I agree that  :air sucks (pun intended :) ) when it comes to the PC department.  It is a more of an evade type of element. I'm not sure how to fit PC in its theme but I believe it's doable (although I'm not thinking about it yet). BTW you should try using Shards of Freedom, that more than compensates for any weakness against shields  :air might have.
