What element should it be?
How much cost should it be? (about the skill cost, I think is nice. However, is skill cost enough?)

No, I do not think its just about the attack. if you poison something, then use this card, you can do double damage. You could counter delays or freezes too.

It's a nice ability and all thematic and such. I suppose Time has a lot of such cards but I cannot think of any other element that it would fit in under another name.

So it's like allowing the creature to act again? I say it should cost around 3 since you should compare it to dive, but it's probably worth more since the creature can use its skill again.

I did a creature with a similar ability here, but I don't know whether Water's right unless you change some serious thematics.

If you're going with the "target creature gets to act again" concept, I would call the card Second Chance and put it in Life. If you're going for a more theme, then I suggest the name Prior Knowledge or Fast Reflexes. Feel free to laugh. Just some thoughts.

As for the mechanic, this card may be a little overpowered in certain cases, especially with growing creatures and Crusader (Crusader+Eternity+this = troll . Not SoFo OP though.

Hmm, letting Adren creatures attack multiple times isn't seem that bad...

Maybe the most powerful combo will be Mitosis+SoR ( (or like) for attack once + 1 daughter creature).
Others are quite balanced I think.
