Need help balancing this card before submitting it. Any suggestions/comments are welcome.

Starting player means whoever won the coin toss.

Initial inspirations:
Wanted something original that I hadn't seen done in card design on the forums (though I must admit I haven't read every card posted yet!) My idea was to make a card based on a random, predetermined event...coin toss was perfect. Initial strategy idea would be to base a deck on Prophets and Reflective Shields.

Theme:
Recently I've been trying to create a new light-time deck, so the idea of a Prophet (time because it's from the past, light because prophets were holy men) came to mind. Prophets are typically seen as ancient people who had some special communication with a God/gods and were able to predict the future.
UPDATES:
1. Decreased cost of minor prophet, halved spell damage for both upped and unupped, and added 'one use' to minor prophet. (All based on suggestions by TheManuz)
2. Decreased cost of Minor Prophet and increased HP of Prophet (Both based on suggestions by TheManuz)
3. Added art by ScaredGirl from EmeraldTiger's page.
4. Updated card text to match format used in game

You should make the dark prophet that deals 10 damage to the player that lost the coin toss.

On the balancing side: i would make this one-shot ability, like deja-vu and hatch. You activate it, you lose it.
I would also lower the damage and the cost of the creature.
I would make the cost 3 :light |3 :light and the ability:  :light :light Prophecy: deal 5 spell damage to starting player (one use).
Since this can be used with a reflecting shield, you can use it even if you won the coin toss.

Thinking again, since this damage is driven by luck and odd, entropy could fit better than light, but i don't know, a light prophet and a dark prophet seems like a good idea.

How about Minor False Prophet | False Prophet for the dark version?

Good idea. When I submit this I will consider that. (Though it would be more difficult to use a dark prophet since darkness doesn't have a reflective shield).

I think I would rather increase the cost of the prophet/ability than make it one-shot...though maybe having the unupgraded card cheaper with a one use ability would be an interesting thought....hmmmm... (Edit: have added one-use to minor prophet and changed the cost of creature and strength of ability, thoughts?)

The thing I'm most stuck on is a balanced cost for this card and its ability. I don't know how to judge the value of an ability that can target either player.

One could argue that it is driven by 'fate' (hence the connection with time) as opposed to 'luck/odds'. Entropy is random, a prophet has a connection with a God/gods and knows for certain. Also, entropy is random (and therefore different every time, think SoSe) whereas prophecy is predetermined (and therefore constant for the whole game)

Great thoughts though. Thanks for the help!

Single use for Minor Prophet and multiple use for Prophet is wonderful. I love when unupped cards keep some use over upped.
I think the unupped could cost 3 :light, especially considering that it's ability requires a duo.
Upped could be 2|4, a little more HP to make it resistant, and to use its ability more than once.

Agree with both thoughts. Have made changes accordingly.

I also decreased the ability cost of minor prophet (it is a helpful ability, but it only adds 3 damage to the attack since prophecy delays the creature as well :. negating the normal 2 atk)
