The idea of the card comes from this thread (

). When
Muffinesque
asked for comments on it in chat, the response is not very positive. It would be very hard to balance in a deck. And then I thought of making this idea into a card.
After some thought, I came up with a few ideas.
Cost 3
. Your mark gains a skill requires 75 (element matching the mark) to activate.
This is similar to muffin's idea, and probably hardest to balance. As it drains up all quanta when you reach max, it must be a very powerful effect.
Cost 3
. Your mark gains a skill requires 1 (element matching the mark) to activate. This spell can be used when your HP is under 40. Heal yourself up to 20 HP's. Stackable.
A more subtle effect can be applied here, which should be easier to balance. The second part is an interesting mechanic that fits thematically similar to a person having "adrenaline rush" in real life, which can be treated as a balance method.
