1. HOW TO SIGN UP?
Anyone with a forum and a chat account can sign up for this event. Start by reading the rules very carefully. Then sign up by posting on a separate sign up topic. If you cannot find a sign up topic, or if it is locked, this event is not currently active, and you will have to wait for it to restart.

Maximum number of players yet to be decided.

2. GETTING READY
Players will be split in 2 groups. Aliens and Humans. For every Human there will be 2 Aliens.

Humans:
- Humans have 10 HP and wear armor giving 1 protection.
- Human decks are limited to 30 cards from the Human pool.
- Decks can have upgrades depending on the military rank.
- Captain: 6 upgrades
- Sergeant 4 upgrades
- Private 2 upgrades
- Ranks will be assigned randomly, depending on the number of sign ups.

Aliens:
- Aliens have 15 HP and no armor.
- Alien decks are built from the Alien pool and can be 30-60 cards.
- Alien decks are completly unupgraded.

Shards are banned for this event, and as Nymphs are not on any of both sides pool lists they are as well obviously!

3. BRACKETS
Every round a random bracket will be posted, having matchups 1 human vs 2 alien players.

4. DUELS
Players will have 36 hours to make the fight happen. They must contact their opponent using Chat/PM or whatever helps to find a time that suits both. If the fight doesn't happen, both players lose by default, unless one player is clearly more active in trying to find a suitable time. Event organizer will determine who the most active player was, and his or her word is final.

Matches are BO3. The first player who wins 2 individual duels, wins the match.

You are allowed to change your deck (and mark) after every match.

It's a good idea to either record the matches, or take screenshots as proof, in case something weird, like a desync error, happens. Remember, a player who gets caught cheating, will be permanently banned from all Elements community PvP events, so please play fair.

5. AFTER DUELS
Both sides post results in the Battle result thread including the used decks. If a human player can´t fight both his matches right away he edits the second match into his first post that round as soon as possible. Match results posted in new posts might be considered invalid, resulting in a 2-0 loss.

Depending on the results, the healthpoints will be modified. Every lost match means -1 HP. Example: Starting with 10 and 125 HP, Human A beats Alien A 2-1 and loses to Alien B 2-1.

Human A: 10-(1-1)-(2-1)=9HP at the end of round 1 (Armor)
Alien A: 15-2=13 HP at the end of round 1
Alien B: 15-1=14 HP at the end of round 1

6. STORYLINE EVENTS
Every round there might be effects matching the story, including some nasty surprises for both sides, promotions or demotions and so on, so make sure you check the announcements closely when the rounds start!

7. WINNER
The winning conditions are already set, but they will show while the story proceeds. Else it would be a major spoiler. If Event Organizers need to know to make decisions this can happen in PM to keep the secret. 

8. REWARDS
Knowing you saved the earth or having enough brains to feast for years depending which side wins and....well again I am in no position to decide that.

I hate to leave unfinished business, but this baby took pretty long and I am tired to be honest! 

Main thing I ask for feedback on is the team balancing, I put some thoughts in it but would be glad to receive some help if needed!
Card pools for banned cards will be added tomorrow!

- Fallen Elf taken from human pool.
- Firefly Queen and Firefly added to human pool.
- Banned cards added counting for both sides equally.

Thougts on the balance, maybe this will bring some feedback:

Humans are limited in their deck size which could be attached to the ranks as well. They have the advantage of upgrades and armor protection. Even in the worst case (player loses all his matches 2-0) this would mean they still survive 4 rounds and get to play the 5th.

Aliens, strength in numbers. Thinking of it, yes 25 was to much, updating to 15. 15 HP worst case means aliens would survive 7 rounds and get to play the 8th. Together with double ammount of players on the team the aliens have the advantage from the start, which is intentional! (Starship Troopers anyone?)

Is the upgrade advantage enough to make a difference? Or should it be 8/6/4 depending on the ranks, since most will be PVTs anyway? Ideas for special roles on the alien side whitout making things too complicated?

Most creatures should be obvious choices, FFQ was added to human pool as Drone Pilot so imo it fits. Banned cards are cards that give any side acces to creatures not on their list, so if I missed something please tell me.

I like this, I also like this more than your previous submission because it has an interesting theme that can be conveyed into the game. (Typical "alien" cards, typical "humanoid" cards)
As I've written to you in a PM already, I'd also like event cards like in war (Very rough example: "A Graboid nest has been found by Squad X and erased. Graboids are banned for the alien team in the next round"), also to make sure the decks vary.
Again, this event gets my thumbs up.

Agree with marsu, this event is really interesting and complete. Just one thing though, you might want to put more restrictions than only the creatures, but other than that, good stuff you have there. The only problem I have is it looks like it could take a long while to finish. Here is what i would do : make matches best of 5. This way, someone can lose up to 3 hp every round, and it makes the event faster at the same time.
