Ice has always been my favorite element.
You mentioned ice as your favorite element, I mentioned crystal... I wonder when someone states that chocolate is his favorite element. Cookies are also an awesome element. I also heard that some people have blood affinity, so it is also a viable element.... well... it seems there are not 12 (and not 4 like the Greeks thought), but an infinity of elements.

And certainly there are people who love the element of surprise.

Earth.

Although I must admit I started as Gravity, I tweaked the deck heavily so it became a Oty/Heavy armor deck with Chargers & Hematites as the main sources of damage (Admittedly, it wasn't an incredible deck and was pretty clunky, but it beat AI3 at a reasonable rate) and eventually I decided to just look through all the elements and see which cards were strongest, as well as memorizing each card, so I wouldn't have to hover over for a minute every time one was played. It struck me that Earth had an amazing creature that was only 2/3, but could turn into an 8/3 for just 1 :time! Compared to some similar cards (e.g. Pegasus) that was incredible. So I made myself a 30-40 card SHrieker rush that included Hematites & Dragons as I kept getting destroyed by Fire Shield and that Light/Grav deck with the Blessed Otys...

In any case, I soon discovered our old Meebo chat, and the forums though it. I eventually made a heavily-modded SG rainbow and farmed a whole lot with it, upgrading that in entirity and a couple of other decks, including a Speedbow and Graboid rush. A topic came up asking for forum members to volunteer for a Master's position, and I immediately went straight for Earth, surprised it hadn't been taken yet. This is why I've now got 6 of ever Earth card, upped and unupped, as well as 4 Earth Nymphs (3 of which were by choice).
I ask nothing of humanity but fairness in all things, but I do not expect even that.

when i first began elements i accidentally chose life as my element. at the time i had no idea how to reset my account. i played AI1 for a while to try and get more coins, but to no avail. i then began a rainbow deck using the best of my life and flying cards and adding water and a couple of forest spirits. now that i look back i realize that i really did not have a strategy beyond having strong creatures. i then sold all of my cards for a duo death aether deck, utilizing the boneyard-bone wall-vulture-spark combo, but it was not strong enough. i decided i liked the deck, though, and i kept playing with it just for s**** and giggles. i then finally reset my account and tried out life. i immediately fell in love with its versatility and the ability to deal fast damage and EM against level 3s. i have been with life ever since. since then i discovered this forum and have found it useful finding other people who appreciate life as much as i do.

Miracle isn't fast. She hardly manages to get a decent amount of damage on the field before your setup.

...

Oh, you mean the card. Well that's hardly any faster.

A lil' bit off-topic but I feel this is a great thread, so could the mods return the topic title as it was?

Not what you said.  You said speed (Blessing+Dive) and life gain (Miracle.)  You never said they had to come from the same card. :p

Not what you said.  You said speed (Blessing+Dive) and life gain (Miracle.)  You never said they had to come from the same card. :p
:earth
Speed: graboid
Life gain: stone skin

:darkness
Speed: gargoyle+eclipse
Life gain: vampires, drain life, liquid shadow, vampire dagger

:entropy
Speed: mutations, chaos power
Life gain: antimatter

:gravity
Speed: chargers, titans
Life gain: black hole

:water
Speed: physalia
Life gain: purify

Of course some of these are worse than others, and some work only upped, but still every of these elements can make a pretty fast deck. Maybe slower than adrenaline+frogs, but comparable to adrenaline+frogs+heals+staves
Of course if we go beyond mono, some elements offer even more (:entropy offers snovas for example, :gravity+ :entropy can also be a fast deck with healing, flying vampire daggers also offer both, etc.)

But... I feel this whole discussion should be moved to another thread, since it's hijacking a thread that had mostly in-topic posts so far.
