She disappears from my line of sight as a strong breezes rushes behind me. I turn around, and suddenly we're standing face to face. Surprised, I stumble backwards and fall to the ground. She wasn't just dangerous. She was super dangerous. Ultra dangerous. Sound-the-alarms-for-a-Level-Ten-emergency dangerous. In my fright, I can barely understand her words, but I make out "...we can fight...but...I can...friend..."
It would definitely be safer, much safer, to wind-walk out of this situation... but it'd be hard to get through all the snow around us. Besides, it seems that she also has some air-type movement magic that's far faster than mine. It seemed foolish to rely on the fact that she wouldn't chase me to escape. Common sense told me to get the hell away from her, but my eyes told me otherwise.
I stood up, brushed the snow off my back, and held out my hand. "Sure, let's be friends," I said with a smile. However, before she can react, an ominous shadow appears in the horizon...
