Scientists have newly found bacteria in a lake in the USA (Mono Lake) which uses Arsen instead of Phosphor in their DNA. No other known lifeforms in the world do that.
Maybe extraterrestial life even doesn´t need water to survive...

Yes, but the new bacteria is discovered, it's proved to exist. It may be true that aliens might not need water, but there is no proof that aliens exist to tell me that they don't need water - or that they are even out there.
