He's my next FG according to the oracle, and I know my standard rainbow deck has no chance.

If something happens and you think it deserves my attention, feel free to PM me. Other than that, I'm probably here if you want to shoot the breeze.

6 antimatter + 2 entropy dragons + 1/2 fractal + towers may be enough. (though try to make a 35 card deck to avoid decking out)

He's really not that overly hard. Entropy works great because of the anti matters. The only way he will auto win versus a rainbow is if he gets an early pulv and you cant get rid of it. Most FG rainbows can beat him pretty easily if they can get a pulv/steal/butterfly effect before he gets his pulv and he doesnt pa it immediately.

Just tried this variant becaue all i have are the upped supernovas.  Won with an EM.  Only played this one game, but deck seemed pretty balanced...and I know this doesn't matter, but I won two Basalt Dragons!

nymphomania/liquid antimatter is quite nice against him. Instosis could also work.

I've been keeping track for awhile of the decks I used against FGs and the win record.  This deck is 5-1 against Obliterator: (I think it was developed by majofa in his anti-FG series)

Hover over cards for details, click for permalink
Deck import code : [Select]
6ts 6ts 6ts 6ts 6ts 6ts 6ts 6ts 6ts 6tt 6tt 6tt 6tt 6tv 6tv 6u7 6u7 6u7 6u7 6u7 6u7 6ve 6ve 6ve 6ve 80h 80h 80h 80i 80i 8pu

Don't play a dragon until you can fractal it because of the gravity pulls.  Try to save antimatters for the dragons since the demons can kill the shriekers.  I have some purple nymphs, but this deck is actually quite quanta starved so I haven't tried using them.

Due to the pulverizer, I wouldn't recommend a rainbow deck (unless it didn't rely on permanents) or instosis.  Instosis probably has an okay record against obliterator, but it won't be as good as this deck.  My rainbow control deck can pwn obliterator -if- he doesn't get an early pulvy, but if he does, it's usually doomed.

SPlat might work here, but I've never tried it.  Just remember that shriekers will burrow against SoSa.

Sorry for bumping this but I have to ask regarding the Obs pillars in the Nymph deck: What's liquid shadow Nymph for? Does it make the anti-mattered creatures damage their owners or something?

Edit: Nvm sorry. Just observed the effect.
