There are a number of things that bug me about this card. Well, two, to be precise. Firstly, as effective as it is, I massively dislike the fact that you can (with the right deck) easily get out an immortal flying shard golem with ~20 attack and a useful skill on the first or second turn. Having played this with great success in pvp, this is incredibly powerful, and the only thing that can really be done against it in the early game is trying to outrush the insane damage. So, I believe this needs a nerf, be it either with increased cost or reduced damage.

Also, the other thing I really dislike about this card is the ridiculous complexity. You need to consult a massive table just to work out what stats and skills your golem gets. You should not have to consult a table just to work out what a card is going to do when you play it. Though I am of the opinion that if the entire consequences of a mechanic can't fit on a card, it shouldn't be in the game, I can see a reason for exceptions with SoI. However, it is still too complicated. 4 different skills per element with convoluted priorities adds nothing to the idea, and just confuses. So, I would also like to see at most 2 skills per element, not only so it's clearer what the shard does, but so it's easier to build solid tactics around it.

That only works when You use a specialized deck that has a ton of shards _{which I have none of}  so it might not generally be the most common deck out there or the most effective

I have seen this strategy in PvP today. I know I should not say "I have been beaten by a deck, then nerf card", but I can really not imagine successful counter-strategies. SoSac and Sundial should be too weak.  When the opponent owns the right shards, he gets a whopping 20/20 creature (or such a creature) in the first or second turn which could turn into an immortal spell attacker later.

Still bad draws are possible...but each deck should have good counterstrats.
Shard masses are still rare, so we don´t see these decks very often.  But rarity is not a balancing factor.

I´m testing this more, when I get the right shards and find the right decks.

Maybe Shard of Wisdom is another problem, here.

I think this shard is probably too strong, but you do need to make a dedicated deck for it, and there are some pretty hard counters, like reverse time, dimensional shield, gravity shield, etc.  For some reason, I can't seem to ever spin this shard in my bonus spins (I have one so far) so I haven't used it yet, and I haven't seen much of it at all by my opponents so far.  I'm definitely giving a monoshard deck a try once I get it, though.

You can't counter it if it has the correct combination of Shards (Spell Damage, Shield evasion, Immortality) unless you use a very specific deck type or card: a mass healing, or a very long Silence chain followed by rushing.

its easily countered, trust me, ive played the SoI personally with pretty much every combination of shards, reverse time destroys you and sets you back so far. Freeze also works....or people can twin universe it

Except that people who use SoW avoid all of those. Which is why it's added with SoW in most decks.

it takes like what 4 SoW to make it invuln? Thats pretty rare to get 4 of a kind in opening hand

Your better off using the darn shards in real deck

Increasing cost doesn't do anything unless it's really high since you can just use nova :>

I don't like the idea of variable costs, since that'll be hard to program, but perhaps you can manually attach each shard onto the golem for some quanta cost?
