that's what im doing. i said in an earlier post that i wasn't asking for a nerf quite yet.

it seems a poll is useless as im the only person thinking that the gravity shield needs it. ah well i suppose you can't get everything

No offense intended here, but there is absolutely no reason to post here unless you are asking for a nerf. If you don't want the card to be nerfed, then why does the topic exist?

(Also, it would be cool if you and everyone else added polls to all posts you created on this section, and played both with and against the card before making these threads. But alas, I am only dreaming)

This forum section is for posting card nerfing suggestions.


Here's what you do:

1. Pick a card that you think needs nerfing (you can only pick ones that haven't been already picked)
2. Start a new topic where you include a picture of that card and a short explanation on why you think this card needs a nerf, and how it should be nerfed.
3. Add a poll that says: "How do you think this card should be nerfed?".  Poll options could look something like this:

• "The card is perfect. It should NOT be nerfed".
• "The card needs a minor nerf -> *insert nerf here"
• "The card needs a medium nerf -> *insert nerf here"
• "The card needs a major nerf -> *insert nerf here"
• "The card should be totally changed or removed from the game

That's just an example, feel free to use your own options.

Every post in this section should have a poll, and should be made only if you truly believe the card is Overpowered, and needs a nerf. If you just wanted to talk about non-specific cards and ask the community whether they could possibly be OP or UP, chat or even general discussion would be a great way to start.
When posting in this section, the best way to do it would be to follow the rules exactly, when you turly think a card should be nerfed.

 

(While I'm here, I should probably also highlight the picture part of rule number 2 to you, it seems to have escaped you on other occaisions)

well, it seems i can't win this so i may as well change my mind. at least i got a good discussion out of this

Definitely no nerf, it's supposed to be an anti against special skills like growth and devour and hp-swarm (scarab), besides 5 is a good estimate on what a typical creature would have on average.  Amnother note is gravity does not need any nerfs in my honest opinion, it is after all the most UP element at least until Acceleration | Overdrive comes out.  Raising the hp threshold is definitely unlikely, maybe raising the cost but I'm against them both.
