Yes you will be, since nobody will doubt that you were active enough to find a slot and your oponent has not logged for days. Rules say 3-0 which is nice for you since in BO5 if you don´t have a superior deck choice the chance to loose at least 1 match due to crap RNG is pretty good.

But I guess you would still have prefered to stand your ground like a good sport.
