It's not a bug that devourers still produce quanta.
It is very unfortunate that solar shield doesn't produce quanta with Sanctuary around though. I don't think that's what originally was intended with "altering" your quanta pool. Are towers and pendulums altering our quanta pools?

I say if it doesnt affect towers and pendulums, it shouldn't affect solar shield either.

On your opponents turn only. Your Towers arent activated on your opponents turn.

This card seems sort of OP to me, perhaps have the effect of absorbing 2 per turn or something like that

Making it cost quanta as upkeep seems kind of weird if it's supposed to counter denial

With a cost of 4|3, this'll never be OP or even remotely close to it. Denial decks don't leave you with 4 quanta in any element until the denial doesn't matter anymore and you're dead or soon to be dead. Anyone who has played with and against a Discord rush deck knows this. It's more useful for rainbows as defense against Black Hole right now.

Haven't tested it yet but I would say the healing probably needs a bit of a nerf.  Otherwise looks great though.  I'm definitely excited about a lot of the new cards coming up.

With a cost of 4|3, this'll never be OP or even remotely close to it. Denial decks don't leave you with 4 quanta in any element until the denial doesn't matter anymore and you're dead or soon to be dead. Anyone who has played with and against a Discord rush deck knows this. It's more useful for rainbows as defense against Black Hole right now.

Anyways I agree for awhile atleast this can never be OP. SoG is much better and cost less and is other. There is only 3 other reasons I can think of to use this card. I still love this card though.

Also I agree about the cost, it wont be OP until something big changes.

On a side note I believe between this update and the last one fire and life have remained untouched. I think that if we get more cards this update they will prolly be fire or life. Right?
