The Scouts of Team Life proudly present:
> THE VAULT TRACKING SPREADSHEET <
Do not give this link to anyone outside Team Life!
Our dragons are watching you!

This Google spreadsheet is a device to collect all the information we have about the vaults of our opponents. The main sources of knowledge are the War standings (giving away the vault sizes), the information gained from successful scouting and the decks used in every single battle. I added a quick manual via comments on the template sheet; if you have questions or suggestions, feel free to post them here. The sheet should be updated at least every round. Maintaining an editing history will be quite important because much data will depend on a chain of single observations (a cell can only be reset by a scouting report) and I don't know for sure whether I'll be the only one to edit the document. Should you have some spare time, feel free to offer your help!

I was about to add in a couple of matches (here and here) when I found out I can't edit it. Any chance you could change the permissions drolly?

I've been a bit protective about the sheet because it's easy to mess it up, so I restricted editing permissions to myself first. But seeing that Google Docs backups every revision, I have no problem allowing giving them to everyone ;) I'm sure you've got the hang of how to include a match and of course, I appreciate every help as it's proving to be much more work than I first imagined.

Also, I'm thinking about this: The "history" of a certain card in a certain vault is nice to have but will get quite long even after one single round (look at the Light Pendulums of Team Light, for example). Is there too much information lost if I go through all the cells and cut the notes down to a single range indicator between rounds? Like this:
Spoiler for example:
Team Time, Reverse Time:
Code: [Select]
R1: +6 (10 men's deck)
R1: +3 (Anthra's deck)
R1: +6? (W vs Gravity)
R1: +4 (Scara's deck)
R1: -4? (L vs Air)
R1: +2 (Zso's deck)
R1: -2? (L vs Death)
would become
Code: [Select]
9 - 24
Starting vault: 15 - 18
with the actual cell contents being a "9". The additional "Starting vault" line could be crucial, see below. During Round 2, the "R2" history would be added as usual and summarized after the R2 duel phase has finished.

Also, we won't likely be able to salvage as much information during next round as we did now. For example, we currently know that Time has between 9 and 24 RTs. But only if they use more than 9 RTs in Round 2, we get something really new.

I'm updating it now and I'll use a condensed format. There's no need to keep track of the "maximum" unless we've seen them have access to those cards, though, because it's pretty easy to figure out. What I'll do is the following:

9 - 21 (Minimum and maximum based purely on what we've seen)
R1: 15, -6, +6 (Round by round history. (in order) Number seen this round, total discards possible, total discards salvages for the round.)
Starting vault: 15 (Known number of cards in initial Vault)

What we really need is a tool that can do this by inputting deck codes, not that that would be easy to make.

Here's a copy/paste template if you're adding a new card to a team. Include one empty line above it and the space before the brackets, but not the brackets themselves:

R1:
Starting Vault: ()

Finished updating it. All we need to know to finish Round 1 are the final Vaults for the round after the Event Card bids and Assassinations, and what discard time has when drolly beats Oa. :P
