However, as it stands, the poll will keep going and any cards that were in at the start of the poll have an unfair advantage over those coming in later. The information it shows is tainted, and therefore meaningless.
The polls are meant to be reset after a development patch (like the one with the upcoming Shard of Sacrifice), but otherwise are supposed to reflect the community's view on what cards that they like best. Unlike the Crucible and Forge polls, where advancement to the next level is an implied goal, the Armory is pretty much the 'safety deposit' of well-known and respected card ideas. The information can't really be tainted, because as it stands, all cards here have an equal chance of being implemented (i.e. - almost 0%), and were all voted up to begin with.
'Unfair' or not, if the card makes it to the Armory, it's already won the popular vote. Should zanzarino glance at this topic and view the entries, yes, the cards with higher votes ('older' cards)
might get looked at first, but then again, he also could look at the card images near the top of the topic (Rematerialize).
This was one of the reasons I preferred the version where I could refresh the poll each time and write reviews during each refresh, but my period of inactivity interfered with that procedure.
I would take up the reviews again, but it seems the CI&A section is staying this way for now.
About that; I've unlocked the topic, but I don't want there to be too much conflict between these polls and your articles. There was an issue before regarding why the topic you started wasn't simply integrated with the Armory card stickies to begin with, so the polls were added to the main stickies for simplicity.
