Hi everyone!

I've been playing this game for about 8 months now and decided it was about time I joined in with the community a bit. I found Elements through Kongregate while looking for a good card game that I could play without having to spend loads of money. If I have a favourite element, it would probably be Aether as that's what I chose when I first started the game and it's the only element I have close to being fully upgraded.

I'd like to thank everyone for all of the guides and decks on this forum. They've been a massive help while trying to progress and keep things interesting when grinding gets a bit repetitive.

Hopefully I'll be able to find things to contribute to the forum and possibly join in with some PvP.

I've fought a LOT of False Gods. Quite a few of the upgraded Aether cards came from spins from Gemini/Paradox/Decay etc which saves a lot of electrum. Most of the others have been for specific decks I wanted to build such as RoL/Hope. The next closest element is probably only about half way there.

Welcome to the grind! And community, more than the grind. What do you like about Aether?

Initially I think I quite liked the defensive/invulnerable part of it, but there's a bit of almost everything now thanks to Psions. I also tend to prefer building Duo decks and Aether can be very versatile with that thanks to cards like Fractal and Twin Universe. One of the most fun decks I've built was a Mindgate deck I used against AI4 for a while. It wasn't exactly efficient but resulted in some brilliant games.

I haven't really used SoW much. For a fully upgraded mono Aether, I like this deck which I've used quite a bit against False Gods;
