I just joined elements a week ago. I found this game by searching card games on google. Any tips for getting a good arena grinding deck that doesn't require upgraded cards?

Kidding aside, welcome to the community and enjoy your stay! I would link you to the thread with the most succesful arena decks but most are upped. I´d suggest you look at some guides first and decide which road you want to take. For starters I can recommend this deck for the bronze arena!

But why play bronze arena? You pay 20 g to get 11 g IF you win?

You also get a rare spin if you win 5 games in a row. And it's -15 elec per loss, not -20 (with rating).
