I've been playing for a while now (i have a fully upgraded CCYB-deck (slightly modified) for about 2 weeks now) and wanted to search for some new deck ideas now.
But when I use the forum search all I get is "You are not allowed to search for posts in this forum"

Welcome to the forums! The search function is down for a bit for updating stuff. You can search in google (under the drop-down arrow) and hopefully you'll find what you're looking for.
