help my account has been banned.

user name etphonehome1.

I did not cheat or hack so i wonder why I have been banned. I am annoyed as I spent a lot of time grinding on that account to get cards. Is it a temporary or permanent ban. Please can you un ban me or atleast tell my why I got banned as underwise all my time spent on that account would be wasted and I dont think it is worth starting from scratch

the best thing to do  is to send an email to the game's developer....
we can do nothing about that here, unless Zanz logs in and sees your post.(highly unlikely)

If you use Opera as webrowser you could be banned, so that can be the reason for the ban (is a technical problem).
