donation problem

today, i donated $5, 3 times. each time, i picked shard of patience.
after using 2 codes, i logged out of game account, then logged back in. i didn't check how many shards.
i just donated 1 more time, got the code, used it, and pick the shard of patience. now, i check my deck, there's only 1 shard of patience. i can provide proof, such as the emails and screenshots.

I'm sure by "deck" you really meant all the cards you own, but just to be sure I gotta ask: You DID check all of your cards right? Not just the ones in your current deck?

If yes, and they're not there...I presume you closed the browser after redeeming your codes, and did not save the game by backing up to the "main menu".

after submitting 2 codes, i did not close the browser. i refreshed the page. it probably did not save. what can i do now?

I don't think there's anything you can do, according to this. A code expires as soon as the validate button is pressed, and if you don't save once you get the card it's gone.

Don't fret too much, once you make a deck to farm bronze arena (can search forum, several at 80%+ winrate unupped) you should be able to farm more shards with special spins after 5 wins in a row.

Honestly, shards from donate are a side-gift. It isn't a purchase, it is a thank you for donating to the game to help keep it free.

The game saves when you go back to the main menu. Same happens when you win cards in Arena, you have to go to the menu to save.

Would it be a legal thing for me to farm 2 SoP with his account? I don't think I've read anywhere that temporary account sharing is illegal.

(Just in case you'd be willing to share your PW with me, could understand if not :p)

I think it'd be safer, faster, and more appropriate to have him farm 2 SoP off of you in pvp1.
