Elements not saving

Where the save thingy is, it comes up red, flashing that it hasn't saved. This isn't a local problem as far as I'm aware, I have reset my router, cleared my cache, etc. I don't want to refresh it or restart my computer though, as I have been rather lucky with the FG spins. Is this a problem down the server end, or have I done something wrong.

I am getting that now.  I have been good for the past hour and it just started not saving.

I just signed out of elements and signed back in and it is working.

Identifying the problem
You can tell you have this problem if there is a red button flashing DISCONNECTED-NOT SAVED-PROGRESS LOST this button can be found in the upper right hand corner of the game screen.

How to Fix
1. First try simply clicking the red disconnect button sometimes this will fix the problem.
2. If this does not work check your internet connection, especially if you are using wifi, if you are disconnected simply reconnect your internet and try pressing the red button again.
3. Open the trainer using this link http://www.elementsthegame.com/trainer.html then when the trainer has loaded try pressing the red button again this should fix the problem. If it doesn't you must reload the page. (Your progress since the last save will be lost)

Things to know
1. Having multiple instances of the game open can cause disconnects.
2. If you do lose progress it cannot be recovered at this time.

That should be "open trainer in a new/different tab or window" in step 3 though.

It fixed for me when I re-opened the actual game in a different window/tab then saved it there, then close it and went back to my old one saving it there.
